• Radiators cleaned

• Cobwebs removed

• Where possible, furniture moved to clean behind and underneath

• All surfaces, pictures and ornaments dusted

• Switches cleane

• Glass, chrome and mirrors polished

• Floors vacuumed and mopped where necessary

Bathrooms:

• All sanitary ware thoroughly cleaned (includes bath, shower areas, sinks and toilets)

• All woodwork cleaned

• Towel rails cleaned and polished

• Cobwebs removed

• Window and window frame cleaned

• General surfaces sanitized

• Switches cleaned

• Chrome, stainless steel, glass and mirrors polished

• Floors vacuumed and mopped

Kitchen & Utility Areas:

• All woodwork (doors, skirting boards and door frames) cleaned

• Window frame and window cleaned

• Cobwebs removed

• Outside of kitchen cupboards (including top and bottom) cleaned

• Inside of kitchen cupboards (must be emptied)

• All surfaces sanitized

• All appliances cleaned

• Hob, sink and extractor fan areas cleaned and polished

• Splash back areas cleaned

• All chrome and stainless steel cleaned and polished

• General dusting where necessary
